Go to the product page and put in the required measurements in centimeters or inches in our partner AstraFit’s Avatar app. Please use exact measurements.
What fabric do you use in your dresses?
COVN prides itself in being a sustainable luxury brand and uses 100% eco fabrics. Our current collection uses Cupro, which is made of unused cotton fibers that would otherwise be discarded in the cotton making process. It is plant based textile that undergoes a chemical process to create it’s silky texture.
We partner with textile mills that have certifications in ISO, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Reach, BCI and the Higg Index.
Where are your dresses made?
Our collection was designed and sampled in New York. We partner with ethical and family run manufacturers in Guangzhou, China. They are SMETA audited for Labour Standards, Health & Safety, Environment and Business Ethics applied to all workers and have the Oeko-Tex certification for labels, threads, yarns and other materials used in sewing.
What are the available customisation options?
Each dress can be customized in up to one way in style: bodice style or skirt style. All dresses can be customized in size in three different size points: bust, waist and hips. Use our partner Astrafit’s Avatar embedded on our website to double check all sizes prior to pre-ordering.
Can I order multiple custom items in a single order?
Yes you can, if you are ordering for someone else we recommend they create their own profile and account to virtually try on dresses in their own size.
What payment methods are available?
Covn currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and as well as PayPal payments.
How long does it take to get my dress?
From order date to receiving your dress at home allow 45-60 business days. We function on a pre-order system that allows us to take customized orders and process them in one batch. This helps save time, money and fabric waste with our manufacturers and delivery a high quality product made just for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the US and UK currently.
If you’re a US company, why are there US international shipping costs?
We started in the US and are now physically based in the UK so all dresses are mailed directly from our UK offices.
How can I track my order?

I’ve made a mistake on my measurements. Can I change my order?
You have 48 hours to change your measurements after you have made your order. After this time changes cannot be made. If you have made a mistake in your order contact us ASAP we’re happy to help.
Can I cancel my order?
You have 24 hours to cancel your order before it is processed. Login into your Covn account to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
What is your returns policy?
If you would like a refund after 24 hours you will receive a full refund in 7-10 business days on your card. For orders placed after the 24 hour grace period we will review on a case by case basis as each dress produced is made to-order. You may be eligible for a partial refund and/or store credit, please email customersupport@jointhecovn.com with your order number to start a returns inquiry.
What if the item is faulty?
We take faulty and defect items seriously, and as such we will look into the case. Email customersupport@jointhecovn.com with your order number to start a returns inquiry.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we confirm we received the return, allow up to 30 business days for refunds to be credited back on the card purchased.
Do you offer exchanges?
As each dress is custom-made we individually process each order, as a result we do not offer exchanges.

Will I encounter customs charges?
Shipping is not included, in addition you may be required to pay an international customs fee at the border.
What if my custom item doesn't fit properly?

What is store credit and how do I use my store credit?
Store credit is the amount that is available for you to use towards a future purchase through our website. It is usually generated from returning a customized style. When you are ready to redeem your store credit please contact us at customersupport@jointhecovn.com with your new order. Note: Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
